Kids MindBody Health Audio Series: Self-Esteem Building for Kids

"Few children are taught the skills of building a healthy self-image & self-esteem. Learning to open the mind can be a fun game, if the suggestions are well presented to the child.  It’s so beneficial to learn these tools early in life when they are easily absorbed into the subconscious mind."….Elizabeth Bohorquez, RN, C.Ht

This program is designed for the mature child/teen in working to  enhance his/her  self-esteem, or the way they see & feel about themselves…..the way they value themselves and how they record these values & feelings in their subconscious library.  They will be able to see how these beliefs automatically attach themselves to different moments in their lives, thereby affecting their worth.  They will learn to know that this kind of  inner programming began very early in their life & greatly effects the way they  see themselves  today.  They will learn how people assisted with placing these programs in their  inner library. Some programs are quite positive & work well , but there are often negative programs or beliefs in place that not only have no value, but take away from their current life. On the inner movie screen the child can enjoy watching his/her behaviors change & can then enter the "scene" & become a part of the production.

The child can observe movies of the future where changed behaviors are in place & old behaviors are a thing of the past, like an old book. He can see his progress on "the inner time-line" & how early behaviors are way back in the past, making the child feel successful.  The program is interactive thereby allowing the child to work on his/her specific needs with the guidance of the parent.   The child learns mindbody communication skills including mental biofeedback, body scanning, thought & emotional management through imagery.

Note: All programs produced by International Medical & Health Writers, Ltd. are written & recorded by Elizabeth Bohorquez, RN, C.Ht.  Each program has 2 or 3 separate original Interactive Self-Hypnosis Sessions, each with it’s own induction.  All programs include directions for listening & other important information.
